    We come to you in this season following Easter, O God, longing to be a people filled with new life and hope. Give to us the assurance of your presence, and may your sprit surround us on our journey through life, so that we may grow to become the people you long for us to be, and follow with faith in the way of Jesus, our Lord; in his name we pray. Pemi-Valley Habitat for Humanity Annual Yard Sale:
    Spring-cleaning? Bring your unwanted items to the Pemi-Valley Habitat for Humanity Yard Sale and pick up some great deals at the same time. The sale will be held Saturday, May 9th on the green in front of the Congregational Church from 9:00 a.m. till 1:00p.m. In case of rain, the sale will be held in the Fellowship Hall. All donations, except clothing, are gratefully accepted. Money realized from the sale will be used to complete a house in Groton.
