    Eternal God, who can make all things new, we bring before you our lives at the beginning of this New Year. Guide us as we face future now unfolding. Lead us to leave behind whatever prevents us from being your faithful people. Inspire in us a deeper devotion to our lives in the way of Christ our Lord, in whose name we pray. Amen.
